The Stick That Outcooks Butter.
Talloo™ is a new kind of butter. Made from beef tallow sourced from grass-fed cattle, natural butter flavor, and a touch of salt, it spreads, bakes, and fries like butter, with a rich, buttery taste but without the dairy or the burnout. Talloo brings rich flavor, high stability, and simple ingredients to everyday cooking. No seed oils. No fillers. Just Talloo.
Why Talloo?

No Dairy. No Seed Oils.
A butter-style stick that skips the dairy and the ultra-processed oils, but keeps that rich, buttery comfort.
Butter, Evolved.
Butter shouldn’t come with dairy drama or seed-oil baggage. Talloo gives you a butter-style cooking stick made from grass-fed tallow and a touch of salt, nothing extra. You get rich flavor, high-heat performance, and simple ingredients in a familiar stick that actually belongs on your counter.
How to Use Talloo
-
Everyday Cooking
Use Talloo anywhere you’d grab a pan instead of butter or oil: eggs, potatoes, hash browns, veggies, burgers, or steak. It behaves like butter, but can handle real heat.
-
Baking
Swap Talloo for butter in biscuits, cornbread, savory muffins, and pie crusts. It gives you tender, flaky bakes with a rich, clean flavor.
-
Sneaky Swaps
Use Talloo where you wouldn’t expect it: crisping tortillas for tacos, popping popcorn, finishing roasted veggies, or seasoning cast iron in place of butter or oil.
Why I Made Talloo
I love butter. It’s what I grew up cooking with. But the more I cooked, the more it let me down: smoking before the pan was hot, scorching in the skillet, and leaving me feeling stuck with dairy or seed-oil blends I didn’t really want to use every day.
I wanted something that felt like butter, but actually behaved the way I wished butter would: higher heat, cleaner ingredients, and a simple label I could feel good about. That search is what led me to tallow and once I tasted how it cooked, I knew it belonged in a butter-style stick, not a giant tub in the back of the fridge.
Talloo is my answer to that. It’s butter, evolved: butter-style cooking sticks made from grass-fed tallow and a touch of salt, so you can sear, fry, and bake with rich flavor and real heat—without the dairy, seed oils, or drama. Now I’m putting those sticks in a box so you can reach for better “butter” every time you turn on the stove.
